Click image for larger picture. For Sale; Frankenframe Sportster frame. This Frame is a mixed breed, It is a 79XL Frame and XLCR body parts. This project didn't work out for us, we were going to put a Buell engine in this frame but found out to would take extensive modifications to make the fit. What we have up for sale or trade is a 79 XL (sporty) frame with a nice black metalflake paint and most of the body parts for a XLCR. The frame has been modified to use the Cafe` Racer body parts. All the bike parts on the frame in the pictures are part of the deal and we also have a box with the speedo, headlight, and some other small parts to include.
